INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:

Job Title – Site administrator

Project – Residential

Job Location – Adamstown

Salary – €35k - €40k

About the Company

Fantastic opportunity to work for one of the Ireland Bricklaying companies in Ireland on residential project. Project valued at €50+ million. Site administrator role with quality management duties and chance of progressing into quality management.

The Role

• Provide Technical support to the Project Team
• Coordinate and complete site documentation
• Complete weekly timesheets
• Support the site management team
• Assisting the QA/QC manager with site inspections and administrative work as required
• File relevant paperwork
• Use software such as ViewPoint and Zutec

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year's experience of working with in Site Admin
• Proven history of administration within the construction industry in ROI is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft suite and strong IT skills
