Accounting Data Entry Assistant

Learning SPACE is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Data Entry Assistant to support our accounts team. This is a part-time role (approximately one day per week) and would suit someone local to Northern Ireland who is organised and comfortable working with financial data. Role Overview The Accounting Data Entry Assistant will help maintain accurate financial records by entering and organising accounting information.

This role plays an important part in supporting our finance processes and ensuring records are up to date. Location Ideally based in Northern Ireland and able to work with our team as needed

• Accurately input invoices, receipts, and financial transactions into accounting software.
• Maintain organised digital financial records.
• Support the accounts team with basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Ensure financial data is entered correctly and consistently.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and basic office software.
• Good organisational skills.
• Experience with accounting or bookkeeping systems (e.g., Xero, Quick Books, Sage or similar) preferred.
• Previous experience in accounts, bookkeeping, or data entry is an advantage.
