The role:

As an Audit & Accounts Senior, you will take ownership of client engagements, leading audits and preparing financial statements, while supporting and mentoring junior staff. This is a hands-on role that offers exposure to a variety of clients and sectors, providing an excellent platform for career progression within a respected firm. Your responsibilities as the Audit & Accounts Senior will include:
Leading audit assignments and client engagements from planning to completion. Preparing statutory accounts for a diverse client base. Reviewing and coaching junior team members. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Supporting compliance and advisory work as required. The ideal Audit & Accounts Senior will have: ACA/ACCA qualified with relevant practice experience. Proven audit and accounts experience in a practice environment.

Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and audit processes. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. A proactive, collaborative, and client-focused approach.
