This exciting role will see you work in an inspiringpart of the world, motivating a team of passionate people while supporting and occasionally stepping in for the General Manager.

• Takingthe helm when the General Manager is away, you motivate team members todeliver their best and ensure everything is running smoothly and efficiently.
• Creatinga warm welcome to guests comes naturally to you, making every firstimpression count to ensure experiences delight from the get-go.
• Keeping awatchful eye over customer feedback means your team is always adapting to maintain high standards and improve where necessary.
• You goabove and beyond to ensure a consistently high level of service,supporting the full team including Front and Back of House during peaktimes.
• Youoversee the consistent production of a quality food offering and recognise the importance of the Kitchen Team.
• Having awealth of experience in a similar role means you are able to recognisewhen team members need help and you’ll support where needed.
• A keeneye for detail means you keep all admin and cash management systemsticking along as they should, taking responsibility when the General Manager is away.
• You knowhealth and safety regulations like the back of your hand.
• Team members see you as an inspiring role model and know they can depend on youfor support and development.
• You takepride and responsibility for your own development, with an eye towardsbecoming a General Manager one day.
