The Role:The Guest Relations Manager will be the heartbeat of the guest experience, ensuring every stay feels personal, effortless, and unforgettable. You’ll lead service recovery, VIP experiences, and meaningful guest connections.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the guest relations function across the hotel
- Manage VIP arrivals, special occasions, and repeat guests
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery
- Build strong relationships with internal departments
- Maintain guest profiles and service preferences
- Support pre-opening service culture and training
- Experience in Guest Relations or Front Office leadership
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
