The NICI Newquay, opening in 2026, will redefine seaside hospitality, offering stunning ocean views, contemporary design, a vibrant restaurant and bar scene, indulgent spa and leisure facilities, and a guest experience like no other.

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Head Housekeeping Manager to lead all housekeeping operations at The NICI Newquay. You will be responsible for ensuring impeccable standards, efficient processes, and a motivated team from pre-opening onwards.

• Lead all housekeeping pre-opening preparations, including recruitment, training, and inventory setup
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and quality standards
• Manage, mentor, and motivate the housekeeping team
• Ensure exceptional cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house
• Maintain budgetary control, monitor stock, and manage suppliers
• Oversee compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Work closely with Operations and GM to ensure seamless guest experience

• Proven leadership experience in luxury or lifestyle hotel housekeeping
• Pre-opening experience is desirable
• Detail-focused, highly organised, and excellent at team management
• Passionate about delivering a premium guest experience
