The RoleAs Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional food experiences while helping to build, train, and lead the kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities- Support kitchen operations from pre-opening onwards
- Lead service and maintain high culinary standards
- Train and mentor junior chefs
- Ensure food safety, quality, and consistency
- Experience as a Sous Chef in a quality hospitality environment
- Strong leadership skills and attention to detail
- Passion for food and team development
