At the heart of the Kids-A-Part Parenting Program is a simple but powerful belief: children deserve stability, connection, and support. We seek a Community Case Manager who will play a key role in making this belief a reality. This role works directly with children of incarcerated parents and their caregivers, helping families find the resources they need to thrive. The Community Case Manager coordinates and facilitates parent-child visits—sometimes one-on-one, sometimes virtually, and in groups—creating moments of connection that matter deeply for both children and their parents.
Inside the Northern State Correctional facility, this role leads engaging programs such as Storybook, Parent Education, and Dad’s Mail, all designed to strengthen parenting skills and nurture relationships.
This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position based in the community and within the Northern State Correctional Facility in Newport, Vermont. This position requires some alternative shifts to support family connections. The starting hourly rate for this position is $25/hr for the full job posting and to apply, click the “Apply for Job” button.
