Role Specifics and Benefits
  • Core responsibilities:

    Provide comprehensive labor and delivery nursing care, including admission assessment, continuous fetal monitoring, labor progress documentation, pain management support, and coordination of obstetric procedures. Safely assist with active labor, epidural anesthesia assistance, cesarean deliveries when needed, postpartum monitoring, lactation support, newborn assessments, and early parent education. Uphold high standards for infection control, patient safety, and individualized birth plans, while collaborating closely with physicians, midwives, and neonatal teams to optimize outcomes.
