Job Description
American Traveler seeks an experienced Emergency Department RN with a VT or compact license and critical access hospital experience for mid-shift assignments.
Responsibilities- Position is in the Emergency Department of a critical access hospital
- Must work mid-shift hours: either 11AM-11PM or 1PM-1AM
- Rotating shifts are required
- Required to work every other weekend
- Facility is a 25-bed critical access hospital
- Candidates must attend quarterly department education sessions
- The hospital operates in a rural setting
- Effective teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are essential
- Active VT or compact RN license is required
- Minimum of 3 years of ER nursing experience is required
- Current certifications required: ACLS, PALS, BLS/BCLS, and TNCC
- Previous critical access hospital and emergency room nursing experience strongly preferred
