• Assist patients and residents with ADLs such as personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, etc.
• Report changes in patient and residents' condition, patient/family concerns or complaints to charge nurse and/or supervisor.
• Participate in the care planning process.
• Work under the direction of registered nurses to provide specific direct and indirect petroleum patient and resident care.

• Successful completion of a state approved certified nursing assistant program.
