• Active LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) or CNA certification
• At least 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a hospital or clinical healthcare setting
• Ability to work evening shifts and maintain reliable attendance
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support
• Monitor and promptly report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Support the hospital healthcare team in maintaining a safe, clean clinical environment
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
• Accurately document care provided and maintain up-to-date patient records
