Hi, I am Jordan Black, PT, DPT of Tristar Physical Therapy. I hope you are okay with me telling you a little about our backstory. Much like you, I’ve always had an overwhelming passion for helping people feel relief from pain. To see a patient recover and get back to doing what they love, to have Movement Without Pain, to say to you “Thank you for being my solution”.
However, years ago, I had experiences with my own personal injuries. I went to what was considered the best of the best in my local area at that time. Only to feel…
- Like a number
- That there was no real accountability
- And that they weren’t on the cutting edge of developing the best, and most results-oriented methods to help heal those in pain
Those experiences motivated me to create a different approach. So I started a project and eventually opened my own practice with the goal of providing one-on-one care, getting to know patients and their goals, and helping them get back to activities they love without pain.
Since opening our doors, we have grown quickly with amazing team members and feedback from patients who describe us as “their solution”.
We are now looking for a new full-time occupational therapist assistant to join our team.
Over the past couple of years, we have helped tens of thousands of local residents.
The key metrics we focus on are customer satisfaction and staff retention, not just patient volume, new patients, or gross revenue.
We would love to meet you and see if you might be a good fit for our team. We are looking for a passionate, outgoing, and experienced physical therapist to work with us full-time. The ideal candidate must be able to provide amazing clinical care to patients and have experience in outpatient orthopedics. New grads are welcome to apply.
