Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, excluding Federal Holidays and weekends.

• PII Processing and Management: add, update, retrieve, display, transmit and store Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in the DEERS database while ensuring secure handling in compliance with DoD regulations and security protocols.
• Data Reconciliation and Discrepancy Resolution: reconcile DEERS information and address discrepancies, following up on notifications for timely resolution.
• Compliance and Security: adhere to DoD Verifying Official (VO) Certification Practice Statement (CPS), DoD 5200.2‑R, X.509 certificate policy and other relevant regulations governing PII handling and DEERS/RAPIDS operations; maintain a National Security Eligibility of SECRET.
• Customer Service and Support: provide exceptional service to military members, families, civilians and contractors; assist individuals in determining eligibility for programs; process applications to confirm eligibility and maintain accurate records.
• Deliverables: provide training certifications and updates to Site Security Manager; manage DEERS and RAPID scheduling calendar to achieve 100% of scheduled appointments.

• Demonstrate thorough understanding of DEERS and RAPIDS systems ensuring all data is handled securely and accurately.
• Maintain professionalism while serving military personnel, dependents and other eligible individuals.
• Ensure secure operation and maintenance of all related identification systems, meeting DoD security protocols.
• Complete all assigned tasks timely and efficiently with minimal errors or discrepancies.
