Average annual salary ranges from $40,000 to $64,000 (base hourly rate plus uncapped commission). Paid training and a guaranteed ramp‑up rate are provided during the first 60 days.

Employees accrue paid time off each pay period at a minimum of 40 hours per year for the first year and 80 hours per year thereafter. Minimum requirements for paid sick leave are provided under applicable state law.

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods (November through December).
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers and find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

All Sales Consultants must complete a 4‑day New Hire University training program within 2 weeks of their start date. The class may include overnight travel at the company’s expense. Various online and computer‑based training will be required throughout employment.
