Salty Babe is looking for a full-time, year-round Sales Associate to join our Newport team as we head into our next chapter of growth. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, grounded, and excited to be part of a creative, community-driven retail brand — not just for a season, but long term.

This is a hands‑on position with real responsibility, room to grow, and the opportunity to make the role your own over time.

• Deliver a warm, engaging, and memorable customer experience
• Become knowledgeable about our products, brand story, and community
• Support daily store operations including opening/closing procedures
• Assist with inventory management, receiving, restocking, and organization
• Maintain visual standards and overall care of the shop
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and leadership
• Be flexible and occasionally pick up shifts at Driftwood Surf Market when needed
• Help create a positive, supportive, and reliable team environment

This role is about presence, trust, and consistency
