We are seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team in Middletown, RI. This is a full-time position where you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities include conducting property market analyses, hosting open houses, managing property listings, negotiating deals, and maintaining client relationships.

• A valid Rhode Island Real Estate License is required for this role.
• Proficiency in Real Estate and knowledge of regulations and trends.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proven experience in Sales, particularly in the real estate industry, is highly valued.
• Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment while managing individual tasks independently.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to ensure successful transactions.
• Familiarity with the Rhode Island market is a plus.
