The host company is located in the charming coastal city of Newport, Rhode Island, known for its architecture and historical attractions. The hotel’s location makes it a great starting point to explore the city and visit locations like The Cliff Walk and Breakers Mansion, or a fun day outdoors sailing or sunbathing at Easton’s Beach. Downtown Newport has many quaint cafes, shops, and art galleries.

• Learn all aspects of food service in an upscale hotel.
• Aid in upholding the highest quality standards for the food and beverage operation
• Understand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities.
• Advance management skills and supervisory duties.
• To apply for the Internship program, applicants must be hospitality or restaurant management undergraduate/graduate students OR be recent graduates who begin program within 12 months of the graduation date
• To apply for the Trainee program, applicants must hold hospitality or restaurant management degrees and have at least 1 year of professional work experience related to the degree, OR be career professionals of 5 or more years of professional experience in this field
• Applicants must speak advanced English, have a positive attitude, and have the ability to communicate with clients and hotel associates.
