General duties include technical engineering support to the Submarine Combat and Weapon Control System Program Office, providing direct support to the PMS
425 Chief Engineer with technical oversight and direction to the integration of BYG-1 Non-Developmental Item (NDI) Applications. You will perform technical reviews on submittals including drawings, system diagrams, technical manual, test/install procedures, test results, contract deliverable reviews, delivery milestones. You will troubleshoot, analyze, and determine operating problems, make appropriate recommendations and changes to correct deficiencies in coordination with the program CHENG and Technical Direction Agent (TDA) team.

You will provide technical concurrence for the NDI applications in support of entrance into formal test and delivery milestones.

• Ability to analyze and process engineering program documentation.
• Ability to develop/document/implement new processes.
• Ability to analyze program risks and develop risk assessments.
• Must be proactive, work independently, and within a team environment.
• Proficient with running a meeting and taking minutes/managing actions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office:
  Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
