Overview

Join our fantastic team at the Holiday Inn Express, Middletown, RI as a Front Desk Agent! We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual to provide outstanding service to our guests. This position is essential in ensuring a positive first impression for our guests. You will be responsible for checking guests in and out, managing reservations, and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns with a warm and professional demeanor.

We need a team member with the flexibility to work 7-3PM and 3PM
-11PM shifts.

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out processes
• Ensure all guest information is accurately recorded in the system
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a courteous manner
• Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently
• Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Assist with the management of reservations and room assignments
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs
