Program Analyst

PROGRAM ANALYST

BA/BS or equivalent, 2+ years of related experience.

• Manages inventory/material and procurements. Communicates any issues, problems, or additional information to project managers and project stakeholders and recommends solutions.
• Monitors and evaluates project timeline and activity and reports on progress to project managers.
• Performs a variety of administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program, monitoring tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for the assigned program.
• Processes shipments of material via the fastest traceable means to ensure it is received by the required date.
• Initiates work orders for incoming material to be repaired.
• Tracks, issues, and deposits all inventory; conducts audits, assessments, and evaluations to ensure conformance.
• Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.
• Familiar with Navy ERP, CMPro, Microsoft Excel, and creating forms in Adobe.

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Secret security clearance required or the ability to obtain Secret security clearance.

Salary Range: $72,877 - $98,599.
