The Lincoln County Behavioral Health division is looking for a Community Mental Health Nurse to help provide necessary services to our community. This person will perform a wide variety of community based, professional mental health nursing duties, which includes direct patient care and nursing case management. They will also promote physical and emotional health, address health concerns of patients, educate clients on various health care issues and provide information on health choices.
This role is also responsible for maintaining records and files according to all applicable County policies and procedures and makes reports as required. Maintaining client contact to comply with division productivity standards.
$40.19 - $54.02 per hour*

- Participate as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team for identified clients as indicated.
- Provide staff training relative to best practices, as assigned.
Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
ExperienceTwo years of experience in a mental health setting.
- Lived experience with mental health may substitute for years of experience.
Must possess a valid Oregon Driver's License within 30 days of hire.
Other LicensesMust possess a valid license to practice in the State of Oregon as a Registered Professional Nurse as defined by statutes or administrative rules, which include but are not limited to ORS 678.010 to 678.360 at the time of hire. The employee is required to maintain current and active licensures and certifications, as applicable, and to provide the appropriate verifications at the time of renewals.
DesirableQualifications
Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. Bilingual and/or bicultural competencies for the Latino population are preferred.
