Position Information Working Title Student Specialist - All Card Department
All Card Administration | Type of Work:
Study Institutional, Federal Building/Office |

SU - Student Union |
Work Schedule:
Up to 20 hours per week based on availability.
- Verify customer information
- Previous customer service experience
Student will assist with the daily operation of the All Card office.
Primary Responsibilities- Verify customer information
- Capture photos and produce cards on site
- Process and record monetary transactions.
- Customer service in person, email and telephone
- Explain applications, benefits, and restrictions of All Card to cardholders
- Previous customer service experience
- Cash/Credit processing experience.
- Excellent communication skills (written and phone)
- Dependable and motivated
- Able to handle confidential information discreetly and follow office policies.
Minimum Education:
High School Diploma
Pay Rate $9.75/hr
