Mon to Fri, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Certified Flooring Installation (CFI) is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to support homeowners during their flooring installation process. If you enjoy helping people over the phone, staying organized, and closing the loop on details, this role is a great fit. You will work in a professional office with a consistent schedule and a team that relies on clear communication to keep projects moving.

What you will be doing
  • Answer inbound calls from homeowners about scheduling, status updates, changes, and service questions
  • Set clear expectations, document each interaction, and keep customer records accurate and current
  • Coordinate with installers and internal teams to confirm dates, communicate delays, and close loops quickly
  • Help resolve issues by gathering details, proposing next steps, and escalating when needed
  • Follow up by phone and email so customers always know what is happening next
What you bring
  • Strong phone presence and clear, professional communication
  • Organized, detail-driven approach with reliable follow-through
  • Comfort learning systems and updating records with accuracy
  • Calm, customer-first mindset, you stay steady when a customer is frustrated
  • Customer service experience (Preferred)
Requirements
  • Full-time, fully in person at the Newport office every workday
  • Background check required
  • Work authorization in the United States
