Monday‑Friday, 8:15‑4:30 (37.5 hours per week, 12 months per year)
This position leads and operates in conjunction with the University Registrar to ensure successful fulfillment of the office’s mission, oversight of the office’s services & processes, and to keep the focus on student success. Technical operations and project management are the key responsibilities — both internal to the office and external to the entire campus and the community.

- Degree in a related field (MIS, CIS, Higher Education Administration, Business, etc.)
- Minimum Education:
Master’s Degree (Preferred);
Minimum Experience:
8 years - Extensive documented experience with a student information system in a college setting or university Registrar’s Office or with other integrated administrative software, along with project management successes.
- Experience with SAP systems required.
- Strong communication, management, analytical, and organizational skills.
- High‑level computer literate; ability to use e‑mail, automated student information system, and web applications.
- Strong customer relations orientation.
- High‑end user of MS Office, SAP, Acalog, Curriculog, Perceptive Content, IVY Chat Bot Virtual Assistant, CMS, website design, texting and messaging platforms, and National Student Clearinghouse.
- Extensive knowledge of general university information, registration, academic records, course information and activities of the Office of the University Registrar.
- Must undergo pre‑employment criminal background check as mandated by state law.
