Full job description

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with AT&T products and services, including phones, plans, and accessories
• Explain features, promotions, and pricing in a clear and honest way
• Process sales, upgrades, and account changes accurately
• Meet individual and team sales goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Handle basic troubleshooting and customer questions
• Work collaboratively with team members and store leadership

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, punctual, and hard-working
• Willingness to learn and be trained
• Flexible schedule with rotating Sundays
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced retail environment

Sales experience is a plus, but not required
Paid training provided for the right candidate
