Construction of a Turf Softball Field and item related to the softball field at George Kell Park
Construction of a Turf Softball Field including the Staking of the field using GPS and staking of home plate. Removal of organics and haul spoils to a location specified by the city. Construct drainage system, install base system, geomembrane liner, install turf softball infield, install green turf system in green areas, install sand and rubber infill as required. The turf system shall have a 10-year warranty.

A pre-bid conference will be held on March 4, 2026 at 10:00 at Newport City Hall, 615 Third Street, Newport, AR. All contractors are encouraged to attend.
