WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As a Front Office Agent, you’ll be at the heart of the guest journey—welcoming individuals and groups, managing smooth and efficient check?ins and check?outs, and confidently using our hotel systems. You’ll build strong knowledge of The Celtic Collection and its wide range of outlets and services, allowing you to assist guests with ease and ensure every stay is seamless, memorable, and exceptional.
