We’re partnering with a leading civil and structural contractor renowned for delivering complex reinforced concrete and structural projects across the UK. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead commercial and contractual activities across multiple RC frame and concrete structure projects.

This is a strategic role for a commercially astute professional who can balance hand‑on project delivery with team leadership and client interface responsibilities.

• Oversee all commercial functions across assigned projects – from tender through to final account.
• Administer NEC and JCT contracts, ensuring compliance and effective risk management.
• Lead cost control, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements.
• Provide commercial guidance to project teams, supporting delivery within budget and programme.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager within civil engineering or structural contracting.
• Strong understanding of NEC and JCT forms of contract.
• Background in RC frame or concrete structure projects is essential.
• Excellent negotiation, financial, and leadership skills.
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related discipline.
