Groundworks Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Groundworks Supervisor to join our team in Newport. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily groundworks activities
• Lead and support site teams and subcontractors
• Monitor progress and report to site/project management
• Liaise with engineers and stakeholders to resolve issues
• Ensure strict compliance with health & safety guidelines

Required Experience

The candidatemust have experience in:

• Roads & sewers
• RC foundations (ring beam & strip foundations)
