If you ve worked in an accountancy practice and enjoy preparing limited company accounts, mentoring junior staff, and building strong client relationships this could be your next step.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and completing limited company accounts

• Reconciling accounts and ensuring everything adds up

• Supporting and mentoring junior team members

• Answering client queries and offering solutions

• Staying up-to-date with industry knowledge via webinars and CPD learning

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working in an accountancy practice

• Confident with Xero and other accounting software

• Comfortable in a client-facing role

• A natural team player who enjoys helping others learn and grow

• Proactive, reliable, and eager to develop your own skills further
