Position: Business Development Manager - Property Sector

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with landlords, investors, and agents
  • Win new business and generate high-value property opportunities
  • Lead a full 360° sales cycle – from pipeline development to property onboarding
  • Negotiate rental plans and commercial agreements
  • Act as an account lead for existing landlords and clients, delivering outstanding service
  • Represent the company at networking events and industry meetups
  • Work alongside Directors to shape campaigns and local engagement activities
  • Be a key contributor to our reputation and brand growth across the region
ABOUT YOU:
  • A proven track record in business development, sales or commercial growth (property experience preferred)
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication, written English and numeracy skills
  • A commercial mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets
  • Flexibility, resilience and the ability to build credibility in the market
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
