Automatic is looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver washers and dryers. As a delivery driver you will enjoy working independently as well as in a team, staying active, and making a difference in your community. Currently, we are looking to fill FULL-TIME delivery driver positions in Newport News.

• Shifts are approximately 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
• You can expect to work 5 days per week around 8 hours per day
• Load vans and trucks and deliver washers and dryers by driving, climbing in and out of the vehicle, and walking upstairs in all weather conditions, and deliver machines safely and on time
• Follow strict safety standards on and off the road
• Operate an electronic device for GPS and daily records
• Have a positive can-do attitude and focus on customer service

We provide on-the-job training (at no cost to you) so that all of our employees are prepared and feel confident on the road and with customers.

• Authorized to Work in the United States
• Have a valid driver's license with good driving record (a commercial driver’s license (CDL) is not required)
• Be able to operate and navigate a delivery van and/or truck (you do not need to provide your own vehicle)
• Must be able to move machines up to 200 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodations
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be able to pass background check, MVR check, drug test
• Be able to read and speak English
