HII Mission Technologies is seeking skilled Electricians to support our defense and maritime operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems on naval vessels, submarines, or within specialized shore facilities. You will work in a fast‑paced environment where precision and safety are paramount to national security.

• Tradesperson 1 – Salary Range $42,972.80
• Master tradesperson 2 – Salary Range $47,777.60
• Master tradesperson 3 – Salary Range $54,412.80
• Mastertreadesperson 4 – Salary Range $64,084.80
• Tech Subject Matter Expert – Salary Range $65,852.80

• Support trades team by working on active class surface ships to assist with alterations and installations for fleet modernization.
• Perform a variety of maintenance and technical support on shipboard systems, integrated systems, and related equipment/software onboard Aircraft Carriers.
• Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing malfunctions to eliminate problems in minimum time.
• Learn and apply production processes toward completion of assignments.
• Perform duties outside of specialty to complete installation or work assignment.

• Tradesperson 1 – High School education and 1 year of related experience, or Trade School or equivalent. Must provide own hand tools per trade specialty.
• Master tradesperson 2 – High School education or Trade School or equivalent, and 2 years of related experience. Prefer technical/professional certifications. Must provide own hand tools per trade specialty.
• Master tradesperson 3 – High School education or Trade School or equivalent, and 4 years of related experience. Prefer technical/professional certifications. Must provide own hand tools per trade specialty.
• Mastertreadesperson 4 – High School education or Trade School or equivalent, and 6 years of related experience. Prefer technical/professional certifications. Must provide own hand tools per trade specialty.
• Tech Subject Matter Expert – High School education or Trade School or equivalent, and 8 years of related experience, to include specific systems expertise. Prefer technical/professional certifications. Must provide own hand tools per trade specialty.
