This is a full-time, on-site role for a 12 Volt Technician located in Newport News, VA. The primary responsibilities include installing and servicing 12-volt accessories such as car audio systems, alarms, remote start systems, and other electronic accessories. Daily tasks involve diagnosing electrical problems, running wires, connecting systems, and ensuring everything meets safety and quality standards. The technician will also interact with customers to discuss their needs and provide excellent service.

• Experience with installing and servicing car audio systems, alarms, and remote start systems
• Knowledge of 12-volt electrical systems and diagnostics
• Proficiency in wiring, soldering, and using various hand tools
• Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and technical manuals
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• High level of physical dexterity and manual precision
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus
