• Own your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service
• Complete resident and property service requests
• Experience with or desire to learn skills such as pool maintenance, grounds
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
• EPA or CPO certification a plus
• Must have valid Driver’s License

Hiring note: Hiring bonus will be split in two. First half on the first paycheck and the rest after 90 days.
