Location:
The Chesapeake – Newport News, VA. Certification Required. Full Time 2nd Shift: 11am - 7pm.

We’re currently seeking a Certified Maintenance Technician to support the safety, comfort, and functionality of our vibrant campus. If you take pride in your work, enjoy solving problems, and want to be part of a supportive and respectful workplace, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine and complex maintenance across our campus, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Diagnose issues and implement solutions with minimal supervision.
- Complete preventative maintenance and assist with scheduled renovation or upgrade projects.
- Collaborate with fellow team members and outside contractors.
- Interact professionally and courteously with residents and staff.
- Hands-on expertise in electrical, mechanical, and general building systems.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and in various physical environments (wet areas, confined spaces, etc.).
