With more than 40 locations across North Carolina, Virginia, DC, Maryland, Tennessee, Alabama, Florida, and Ohio, we serve everyone from runners to teachers, college athletes to grandparents, people who want to live pain-free and move freely.

• Be an expert in our consultative sales approach and instruct & coach others in the process to hit and exceed metrics.
• Work on the sales floor to obtain individual and store sales goals.
• Coordinate with company leaders in the development & execution of company-wide policies & procedures.
• Continuous development of sales & customer service staff, including weekly one-on-one meetings, new team initiatives, & weekly Saturday morning meetings.
• Oversee flawless execution of daily operations within the store (opening procedures, store cleanliness & organization, paperwork, closing procedures, cash handling & bank runs, etc.).
• Coordinate with company leaders to generate & pursue sales opportunities in & outside the store.
• Handle customer service issues professionally.
• Maintain a professional working environment.
• Occasional travel to other stores for assistance.

• Annual base salary paid every two weeks + commission paid monthly.
• A tiered bonus structure, bonus rates based on total sales in the previous month, paid monthly.

• Sales driven mindset.
• Exceptional verbal & written communication skills.
• Organized & highly efficient.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales & management experience.

• Must be comfortable with constant standing, walking, & kneeling.
• Lifting to 40 pounds.
• Ascending or descending ladders.
