Assistant Store Manager – Men's Wearhouse

Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager you partner with the Store Manager to support the team in achieving sales performance expectations Departamento active coaching, recruiting, training, and operational excellence.

• Coaching & Developing team:
  Coach staff to meet sales, service, and operational goals.
• Recruiting & Training:
  Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new store team members.
• Operations:
  Ensure accurate scheduling, maintain(histori) staffing, train staff on internal processes, and support implementation of store programs.
• Customer
  
  Experience:
  
  Train staff to exceed customer expectations, leverage feedback, and maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
• Business Outreach:
  Identify performance opportunities, develop plans, and communicate leads to upper management.
• Workplace Culture:
  Foster an engagedcia, inclusive gap, and collaborative store environment.

• Minimum 2 years of retail or sales experience.
• Creative, judgement‑based, business‑savvy, self‑motivated, and results‑oriented.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills (written & verbal).
• Proficient in technology systems, Microsoft Office, and POS systems.
• Ability to train and develop high‑performing store teams.
• Proven active listening, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking.

• Stand, walk, bend, squat, twist నేప, lift up to 50 lbs., and climb ladders for majority of shift. Ability to distinguish fabric patterns and colors.
