Are you passionate about food service and looking for an opportunity to showcase your leadership and culinary skills? Chick-fil-A Yoder Plaza is looking for an energetic and dedicated Back of House (BOH) Manager to lead our kitchen operations and develop future leaders within our team. This role provides a unique stepping stone toward a successful career in business and restaurant management.

Position Overview:

As a BOH Manager, you will take ownership of the kitchen, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while leading and coaching a team of Back of House team members. This is a critical leadership position where you will manage food safety, efficiency, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction while working closely with the leadership team to deliver a remarkable experience for every guest.

Responsibilities:

Ensure a remarkable guest experience by managing kitchen operations with excellence.

Oversee and manage Back of House shift operations, including food preparation, safety, and cleanliness.

Lead and coach BOH team members to ensure high performance and efficiency.

Execute systems and processes to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with all food safety standards.

Keep the kitchen organized, clean, and running efficiently at all times.

Promote continuous learning and development for BOH team members.

Resolve any operational issues that arise during the shift and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a leadership role in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen or restaurant environment.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to delivering top-tier guest service.

A servant-minded leader with the ability to take initiative and motivate a team.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

Evening/closing and weekend availability

A passion for food service and a strong focus on quality.
