Back of House Shift Leader / Supervisor at Chick‑fil‑A Yoder Plaza

Chick‑fil‑A Yoder Plaza seeks candidates with experience leading teams of 5 or more people in a fast‑paced environment to run kitchen operations. Kitchen experience is not required. Candidates will lead a team of 6–12 people, focusing on food safety and quality. Shifts run 6 am–2:30 pm or 2:30 pm–11 pm, with most leaders working a mix of both.

General Responsibilities:

• Communicate with and support other leaders on shift
• Ensure systems and processes are followed throughout the restaurant
• Assign team members to positions and run breaks
• Coach and encourage team members
• Perform disciplinary procedures when CFA standards are not met
• Attend weekly leader meetings to provide feedback and collaborate to identify and solve problems

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience leading teams of 5 or more people in a fast‑paced environment
• Years of experience: 2
• Serv Safe Manager certification preferred or ability to obtain prior to completion of training
