Job Description:

Connect Talent Solutions is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Landscape and Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader to oversee our landscaping and lawn maintenance operations. In this role, you will lead a team of landscapers and ensure the efficient execution of landscape maintenance tasks, including driving trucks with trailers and hitches. Your expertise in landscaping and driving will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our clients' outdoor spaces.

• Lead and supervise a team of landscapers in performing various landscape and lawn maintenance tasks.
• Drive trucks with trailers and hitches to transport equipment, tools, and materials to job sites.
• Coordinate with clients and team members to schedule and prioritize daily tasks and assignments.
• Perform landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and weed control.
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems, ensuring proper functionality and efficiency.
• Train and mentor team members on proper landscaping techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of landscaping supplies, tools, and materials.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Conduct regular inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with clients to address any concerns or requests regarding landscape maintenance.

• Proven experience in landscape and lawn maintenance, including experience driving trucks with trailers and hitches.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and proficiency in operating trucks with trailers and hitches.
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, including mowing, trimming, pruning, and weed control.
• Familiarity with irrigation systems and their installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks, and ensure efficient workflow.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Proficient in operating and maintaining landscaping equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and power tools.
• Knowledge of plant identification, care, and maintenance practices.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality landscape maintenance services.
