Overview

Responsibilities- Assessing patients, reviewing medical histories, formulating treatment plans, prescribing medications, and documenting accurately.
- Position involves travel in your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed) to see patients at home.
- Must have wound care experience, strong communication skills, and at least one year as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Prior primary care and wound care certifications (WCC, CWON, CWS) are highly recommended.
- Full-time, Monday–Friday with no weekends, earning up to $180,000/year plus benefits like health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
- Company offers reimbursement for wound care certification and potential sign-on bonus for successful candidates.
