Blow Mold Operator

Job Summary

Supports production needs by setting up, adjusting, cleaning, and operating blow mold equipment. Daily tasks include weight checks, weight adjustments, tooling changes, cleaning, and troubleshooting to meet daily production goals.

SHIFT:
Flex. Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays. HOURLY PAY: $22.50 per hour.

• Maintains clean work area and equipment.
• Checks bottles for proper weights and records hourly weight checks.
• Monitors the Alpine: clears jams and notifies material handler when Alpine becomes full.
• Operates bailer and makes bails when bailer is full.
• Communicates with lead person or supervisor when issues arise.
• Assists Maintenance when equipment is down beyond operator scope.
• Follows all Safety Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Fills out proper documentation required by management.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

The role requires sitting, standing, walking; using hands for handling, reaching, lifting 50–75 pounds, and pushing/pulling stacks up to 200 pounds. The job involves frequent standing and handling dairy products.

• Work may be conducted in cooler rooms with varying temperatures and contact with water or dairy liquids.
• Noise level up to 90 decibels; wet/slippery conditions.
