• Leading, mentoring, and inspiring your on‑site team
• Driving resident satisfaction, retention, and community engagement
• Managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Marketing available units and working with the marketing team to execute creative leasing strategies
• Overseeing maintenance and inspections to ensure top‑tier standards
• Enforcing Fair Housing regulations and company policies
• Processing applications, conducting move‑ins/outs, and managing lease agreements
• Collecting rent and documentation with precision and professionalism
• Acting as the primary liaison with leadership, vendors, and housing authorities

• 3+ years of experience in multi‑family property management
  • Class A or luxury apartment experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A knack for problem‑solving and independent decision‑making
• Familiarity with property management software (Yardi preferred)
• Solid understanding of budgeting and financial reporting
• Availability to work weekends as needed
• A warm, approachable, and motivated attitude that sets the tone for your team
