Description

If so, PBMares is ready for you. We are seeking an Advisory Services Executive Leader to guide the strategic direction, growth, and profitability of our Consulting practice. This executive will lead a diverse portfolio of sub practices including Risk Advisory, Outsourced Accounting, Transaction Advisory, and Third Party Administration while partnering closely with our CEO, CFO, CGO, and firmwide leadership.

- Multi year consulting strategy, revenue growth, and margin performance
- Development of scalable, repeatable, and profitable service offerings

Position RequirementsWhat you need:
- A minimum of 12 years in consulting, advisory, or related service delivery
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
- Proven leadership of a practice area or consulting business
- Strong business development instincts and a track record of driving growth
- Expertise in areas such as internal audit, cybersecurity, IT controls, valuations, or outsourced accounting
- A change agent mindset with the ability to scale operations and modernize methodologies
- A collaborative, people centered leadership style aligned with PBMares values
Bonus Points:
- Background in a professional services environment with CPA credential.
