Your Role as a District Manager / Operating Partner
As a District Operating Partner, you’ll oversee 3–5 Whistle Express locations and serve as the driving force for day-to-day success and long-term strategy. You’ll support our Site Leaders, guide operations, and deliver results that align with our core values:

Key Responsibilities:
- Site Leadership & Oversight
Spend 40–50% of your time leading one designated “home” location, while supporting 2–4 additional sites. You’ll coach Site Leaders and serve as their trusted point of contact and mentor. - District Performance Management
Conduct regular site visits, audits, and performance reviews. Train Site Leaders on interpreting and using KPI data to drive improvement in everything from sales to employee engagement. - Customer & Team Experience Excellence
Act as the escalation point for customer and employee concerns. Partner with your teams to ensure a consistently excellent, values-driven experience across every site in your district. - Operational & Maintenance Troubleshooting
Provide real-time guidance on operational challenges, equipment issues, and service quality—ensuring each location runs safely, efficiently, and with pride.
