This position will maintain various floors by performing floor maintenance duties using floor maintenance equipment and supplies. The role is designed for night shift work and may require duties during events or emergencies as specified.

- Skilled in the use of floor maintenance equipment and supplies
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to work in teams
- Good organization skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and to maintain positive relations with faculty, staff and students
- Ability to work from 9 pm – 6 am, Monday – Friday
Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification
Required:
- High school graduate or equivalent education/experience that equates to a high school diploma
- Experience with floor maintenance and floor maintenance equipment
- Experience with cleaning methods and cleaning supplies
- Experience working at a university
Starting at $31,200, Commensurate with Education and Experience.
