Departmental Objective The Housing Department ensures that student-housing facilities are well maintained, clean and safe for the students of CNU.

Purpose Of The Position This position will maintain various floors by performing floor maintenance duties using various floor maintenance equipment and supplies.

• Knowledge of cleaning methods and cleaning supplies
• Skilled in the use of floor maintenance equipment and supplies

Education Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification

Required:

• High school graduate or equivalent education/experience that equates to a high school diploma

Experience

• Experience with floor maintenance and floor maintenance equipment
• Experience with cleaning methods and cleaning supplies
• Driver’s license is required

• Previous experience working at a university

Salary Information Starting at $31,200, Commensurate with Education and Experience
