Work Schedule:

9 pm – 6 am, Monday‑Friday.

• Maintain various floors using floor maintenance equipment and supplies.
• Apply cleaning methods and use cleaning supplies effectively.
• Operate floor maintenance equipment proficiently.
• Maintain good organizational skills and follow oral and written instructions.
• Work effectively with teams and communicate clearly with faculty, staff, and students.
• Work during the designated nighttime shift.

• High school graduate or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience with floor maintenance equipment and cleaning methods/supplies.
• Experience working at a university (additional consideration).

Starting at $31,200, commensurate with education and experience.
